Help your students to walk through the Declaration and become familiar with its contents, setup and language. This "scavenger hunt" helps students to tackle the primary source document, as it goes in order. The directions tell students exactly where to look and what to look for. It's broken into sections, just as the Declaration itself is. Students will fill in blanks or give short answers to each question. Link to the text of the Declaration on the National Archives website is included as well as an ANSWER KEY INCLUDED!
